The KINETIC-SL ACP System is an internally dynamizing anterior cervical plate featuring a slim profile as well as a narrow plate width. This unique plate has a flexibility of design which allows surgeons another alternative when performing cervical spine surgery. Like the original KINETIC plate, the KINETIC-SL plate features approximately 0-2mm of fully adjustable internal dynamization per level. It features an integrated lock similar to that of NEO-SL ACP System which allows bone screws to be securely fixated without any additional locking components. The self-retaining screw capture mechanism prevents screw backout while still allowing screw angulation.

The KINETIC-SL Dynamic ACP System utilizes the same instrumentation set as the NEO-SL ACP System.
